I am pleased to share with you the wisdom of NCAA Division 1 Men's Associate Head Coach of New Mexico State University, Paul Weir.

To say Coach Weir understands recruiting is an understatement. New Mexico State basketball is successful year after year because they know how to find young men of both talent and character.

Paul Weir has been with the New Mexico State basketball program for 10 years and has served in the role of associate head coach since July of 2011. He has helped the Aggies to WAC Tournament Championships in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 and five subsequent NCAA Tournament appearances.

Weir is in charge of recruiting, scouting, scheduling, and assists in fundraising and media efforts around the program. He also was a guest speaker at the Dan Tudor National Recruiting Conference in June 2015.

Today he shares with us incredible tips on how recruits should approach the recruiting process.

I am pleased to share with you the wisdom of ACCA Kansas Christian College Men’s Basketball Coach, Jay Jenkins.

Kansas Christian College Men's BasketballCoach Jay Jenkins began his career as an assistant coach at Broadmoor High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2013. Just one year later he had his first head coaching job, leading Bethany Christian Academy to a massive turnaround season in 2014. After going 0-13 in 2013-14, Coach Jenkins turned the Bethany Lions into an 11-win playoff team in just one season.

Known for getting his players to believe in themselves, Coach Jenkins instills in his players a desire to succeed and leads them to go beyond expectations. Also emphasizing Christian character, “Coach J” has earned a reputation among his former players for truly caring about them beyond the game of basketball.

I am pleased to share with you the wisdom of longtime NAIA Men's Assistant Basketball Coach, Chris Starks of Lindsey Wilson College. Starks has helped the Blue Raiders to seven NAIA National Tournaments -- reaching one semifinal and two national quarterfinals. He also helped lead the program to its only No. 1 national ranking during the 2003-04 season. In addition to his coaching duties, Starks serves as the program’s recruiting coordinator.
